I am a teacher at heart, and in each of my roles – mother, caregiver, doula, healer, facilitator, and coach – I have always treasured the opportunity to form relationships, bring people together, and empower others. No matter your beliefs or background, my purpose is to help every parent feel more knowledgeable and confident in their abilities. So welcome one and all! A little more about me: I raised my children in San Francisco, and now live in Portland, OR where I tend my urban garden and take daily walks around our quaint neighborhood with my pup and husband.
